I am planning to file Labor under EB2. Below is my education detail.
3 years Bachelor Degree i.e. B.Com.
2 years MBA(Information Technology)
10 years pure IT experience in Java, Oracle
5 Professional Certification from Sun Microsystem,Oracle and IBM
Based on these education background will I have problem with EB2 labor and I-140 approval?
Please suggest.

Are ovals allowed? I can probably guess the answer to this, but just wanted to double check before I made my entry.

Sorry to hear about the situation. I would suggest re-submitting the application under premium processing with the correct information and explain that you made a mistake with the earlier application. You should receive the approval in 15 days. I would not recommend taking chances by going to the visa interview with the petition having wrong details. This will be considered fraud even though it's a screw-up by your lawyer. Also, demand your lawyer to shell out the premium processing fee.

first of all, your question is irrelevant..if you are going to canada, you are not required to submit your i-94. your new i-94 is the one attached to your h1b approval..so ..it doesnt matter how long they stamp your visa..you can stay in US till the date of the i-94 you got attached to your h1b approval notice

We all know that we are able to file 485 on July and we got EAD due to IV efforts. Which in turn helping us to get a 600$ rebate for the spouse (Some plan to spend the money).. Can we make a pledge here that we will contribute a certain % to our organization? The % can be your choice. At least this % can help this site up and running� If the moderator decide that this is not a good idea please close this thread.

If you have received a FP notice it has the 485 receipt# on it and this is enough to check the case status online.Dont worry if you still dont receive the physical 485 RN atleast you are able to check its status.

michael, that's a great technique! i would think anyplace where there is a steady motion with fixed objects would work. some things that come to mind are places with pedestrians or cars. a busy downtown sidewalk, a bridge, a scenic freeway, etc. can't wait to see more of these. kevin

First thing i would try is call Immigration moderators and explain the situation and ask them some notes.
Try to mixyour story with the notes and present to them.
second option:
Try to go through some threads and gain some knowledge about what they will ask and how to make it effective to listeners.
I guess there is no issues even if they try to find any information about your employer or your self.They are not investiagting on you ,all they are doing is analyze the issues of immigration system.

Ajp, your too hard on yourself, I think your version turned out great. Gary, how about a psd version for the nikon users, although I may be wasting my time since you've several nice results from those who have posted.

Ask and you shall receive. It's a 40 MB monster file. I took the RAW file and ran it through the PSCS RAW converter without altering it in any way, then saved as a psd file. Hope it's what you need.

Hi,
My I-94 which was issued 2 years ago in the port of entry got expired(this I-94 was based on my previous employer "ABC". I have applied for H1 extention and got my 797 extended with new I-94 recently with my new employer "XYZ".
My question is which I-94 details should I use while filing my 485. Obviously my labor was filed by "XYZ" company.

I-94 is not associated with particular employer. Your I-94 only get changed when you travel out and come back again. Even with extesnion application , no matter through which employer, your I-94 number does not get changed if you have not travelled out of USA during the period. In any way you should mention your latest I-94 number what you have and provide teh copy along with 485 application.
Note: Please seek legal advise from authorized lawyer foryour immigration

Have you got their decision on your 140? They wouldn't make dicision on your 485 untill they have decision on your 140. If your 140 got denied, your 485 would be denied.
